A few things clients usually want to know.
Do I need to know exactly what my website needs?
No. Tell me about your business, goals, customers, and what you want people to do on the website. I'll help you decide on the simplest website structure that makes sense.
What does the 30-day bug-fix warranty cover?
It covers defects in the website I built according to the agreed scope, such as a broken button, an implementation error, a layout issue on supported devices, an incorrect link, or agreed functionality that is not working. New pages, features, redesigns, integrations, or changes to the approved direction are separate paid work.
Is Website Care required?
Website Care is part of the main managed-website offer. If you prefer a one-time handoff instead, build-only projects start at $699.
Do I own my domain?
Yes. I recommend registering the domain under your own business account so you remain the owner. I can handle the technical connection during launch.
Can customers book appointments through the website?
Yes. I can integrate an appropriate third-party booking or scheduling tool depending on what your business uses or needs. Paid platform fees are separate from the website price.
What kinds of projects are outside the standard package?
Ecommerce, marketplaces, custom SaaS products, complex web applications, large custom databases, and other advanced systems require separate scoping and pricing.
